The Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and translated into functional specifications for our software solutions.This role involves analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the successful delivery of the software projects.Key Responsibilities:

xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Business Process Analysis: Analyse existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and streamlining operations.Documentation:
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Requirements Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide development teams.
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Visual Modelling: Develop process flows, data models, and wireframes to illustrate business processes and system interactions.Project Support:
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Experience:
Minimum 10 years proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments, ideally in Agile methodologies.
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Tools:
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.Skills:
