Any further studies in information systems or finance is advantageous
Skills and experience required:
5+ years experience within a systems/process or business analysis position
Retail or Financial Services industry experience
Have a strong understanding of accounting practices
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software processes
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in and a proven track record of work on large complex projects as project / business analyst lead
Project management experience
Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (scrum) and work practice
Experience in using a business process management software such as Jira, Confluence, others.
Managing and leading a team of business analysts
