- BSc in Computer Science or IT related qualification
- Business Analysis Certification
- 6+ years' experience in a BA/System Analyst role
- Strong understanding of SDLC and can explain the importance of the BA and change management role in each stage
- Experience with gathering business requirements and business rules
- Deep understanding of the key business processes, people, and IT systems that support them
- Analysis integration and system requirements
