Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to shape the future of our omni-channel communication platform.In this high-impact role, you'll define and prioritize the product backlog, drive business analysis, and manage stakeholder expectations. As a key member of the Agile/Scrum team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions, influence change, and mentor junior analysts.What Youxe2x80x99ll Do:
- Own and refine the product backlog to align with business goals
- Lead business analysis to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements
- Manage small projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive strategic decision-making
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of growth
- 8+ years in business analysis, with expertise in IT/software development environment (SaaS)
- Strong experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Agile/Scrum experience, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills
