South Africa, RemoteENVIRONMENT:Our client is a growing international startup consultancy that focuses on providing customized platform software implementations to drive digital transformation for financial institutions and multinational organizations. They are looking for a Senior Business Consultant Digital Transformation & Process Improvement to lead strategic engagements, guiding clients through the design and execution of impactful digital solutions. This role requires managing senior stakeholders, diagnosing business challenges, and delivering process improvements tailored to client objectives. You will be instrumental in developing business cases, overseeing solution delivery, and ensuring measurable improvements in client performance.DUTIES:Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify client challenges and align solutions with their business objectives.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Facilitate design-led solution workshops to capture client needs.

Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation:

• Diagnose and redesign complex business processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop compelling business cases highlighting digital benefits.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitization across operations.
• Define data and information requirements to support digital transformation.

Solution Design & Delivery Oversight:

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee multiple delivery projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
• Lead AGILE implementations, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.

Strategic Consulting & Market Awareness:

• Stay informed on global trends in automation, digital transformation, and process improvement.
• Leverage industry best practices to deliver innovative client solutions.
• Continuously assess risks and identify areas for process optimization.

Commercial & Project Management:

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Maintain strong commercial acumen to align project outcomes with client ROI.
• Ensure all projects meet critical deadlines while managing complex client relationships.

Domain Experience:

• Mining and commodity operational improvement.
• Supply chain and logistics digital process improvement (non-ERP solutions).

Background & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven consulting experience, with strong client relationship management and solution design.
• Track record in business process improvement and digital transformation.
• Experience leading AGILE implementations.
