Essence of the job:Geotech is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for a client based in Johannesburg North. This person needs to be focusing on generating revenue through the sale of advertising space in magazines and publications, exhibition space, conference sponsorship, and event sponsorship. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media and events industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredMinimum Requirements:
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Business Development Management
- Advertising Sales
- Exhibition and Event Sales
- Negotiation and Contract Management
- Sales Reporting and Analysis
- 3-5 years sales experience in the media, advertising or events sector.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
