The Ce-I continues to provide Enterprise Architect strategic planning, innovation, and good governance support services to the province.Ce-I follows the approach below in order to achieve its strategic goal enablement (top down), this approach should be followed by the successful bidder in delivery the services:xc2xb7 Understanding the strategic goals and the support business architecturexc2xb7 Obtaining an understanding of how our information and data assets will be leveraged.xc2xb7 Determine the application landscape and roadmap required.xc2xb7 Identify the in place and required technology components.xc2xb7 Opportunity identication (bottom up) shall be facilated through portfolio management activities such as Application Portfolio Management (APM) where Applications are analysed, categorised, classified and managed through their lifecycle.xc2xb7 Departmental agility, resilience and enablement will be supported by having timeous and relevant information sets on which to act form basis for a wide variety of decisions making.xc2xb7 Business capability mapping.xc2xb7 Business process analysis.xc2xb7 Guide business transformation.xc2xb7 Guide business IT alignment.xc2xb7 Develop a Business Architecture strategy.xc2xb7 Define business capabilities and alignment processes.xc2xb7 Relationship mapping.Requirementsxc2xb7 NQF 6 or higher tertiary qualifications.xc2xb7 Must have a valid (not expired) IT architecture certificate.xc2xb7 TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) v9 or later certification is preferred but would not be detrimental to the bidder, should the resource not have a TOGAF certificate.xc2xb7 Minimum of 5 years experience as an Enterprise Architect.xc2xb7 Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solution Architect.
