One of the TOP leading banks in S.A. is in need of an independent and experienced Business Analyst to support them with the new programme that they are running. Hybrid model.1-year contract.BA / Process Engineer will be focused on the SWIFT migration.Responsible for the identification, analysis and documentation of improvement opportunities, to improve system and process functionality.Intelligent process management.Transformation of the user experience.Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.Collaborate with the tech team to design solutions.Proposing solutions to business in order to meet business goals.Documenting cases, processes of the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.System testing and use acceptance testing.Offer technology solutions to business stakeholders.Requirements:MatricRelated degree5 - 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experienceMust have worked within the banking sector, experience with SWIFTStrategic thinkerProblem solverExcellent English communicationProject management skillsStakeholder management skillsDecision makerConflict managementProcess analysisLeadership skillsRelationship managementInnovativeChange managementProcess AutomationClear criminal record, great references, clear ITC, clear fraud.
