Processing purchase requisitions timeously and ensuring that the correct supplier is identified.
Resolving procurement disputes, including quality control and delivery schedules.
Overseeing the expediting of purchase orders to ensure timeous delivery of goods/services.
Generating weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to track productivity, inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for cost saving.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and provide adequate support.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.
Ensuring accurate procurement records and documentation
Minimum Qualifications
A Relevant tertiary qualification (Supply Chain/Finance).
Driver's license (Code EB/08).
Minimum Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Finance or Supply Chain environment.
MS Office Proficiency.
SAP and Coupa Experience
Legal or contract management experience will be advantageous.
Knowledge of the procurement procedures
