Role Overview

:

As a

Senior Candidate Services Advisor

, you will oversee the pre-employment screening process, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance. You will lead the team in resolving complex queries, mentoring junior staff, and managing client relationships, while maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing risks. This is a key role requiring a strong focus on process improvement, team leadership, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

Act as the

first point of escalation

for complex candidate and client queries.

Mentor and support

less experienced team members, driving continuous improvement.

Manage performance metrics

(SLAs, KPIs) and produce internal and client reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead or assist with

additional projects

, ensuring flexibility and effective task prioritization.

Oversee compliance

checks and ensure team members follow screening protocols. ? Support

client relationships

, conduct service reviews, and attend client meetings as needed.

Guide candidates

through the screening process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected. Maintain

accuracy

in documenting and recording screening results. Continuously develop an understanding of

industry regulations

and pre-employment screening practices.

Assist the team

with other accounts and handle workload distribution as required.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Extensive experience

in customer service or pre-employment screening. Strong knowledge of

screening tools/software

and

regulatory protocols

. Proven ability to

mentor

and manage a team, driving high performance and development. Exceptional

communication skills

, with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve complex issues. ? Strong

organizational skills

with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. ? Proficiency in

MS Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook). A results-driven mindset with a focus on

compliance

and operational efficiency.
