Key Responsibilities

Act as the
first point of escalation
for complex candidate and client queries.
Mentor and support
less experienced team members, driving continuous improvement.
Manage performance metrics
(SLAs, KPIs) and produce internal and client reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Lead or assist with
additional projects
