About Us:



A catering company is looking for a dynamic

Senior Catering Manager

to oversee a number of catering contracts and lead a team of staff to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring high-quality food and service. Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs. Work closely with chefs to maintain menu quality and inventory. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability of catering contracts. Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices.

Requirements:



Proven experience in catering or hospitality management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to handle multiple events and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Own transport and willingness to travel.
