Who We NeedDecision Inc. is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to join our Automation and Digital Applications team, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. This candidate should be able to analyse complex business challenges and determine how these can be solved utilising Microsofts best practices and patterns.As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for implementing multiple projects, using your expertise in both functional and technical aspects.   • Responsible for delivering solutions to customers who are globally successful.
  • Proficient in both the functional and technical aspects of a consulting role.
  • Demonstrate analysis skills and experience in principles of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and related technologies to provide detailed reliable options for scoping/estimates for solution implementations
  • Assist the sales team with creating client demonstrations and showcasing the product to potential customers.
  • Drive / Participate in client workshops
  • Analyze customer business requirements and design technical solutions including functional / non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards
  • Disposition requirements to be addressed by out of the box features via standard configuration as well as customization including the proper customization technique
  • Support the development of test scenarios / scripts and coordinate / drive client solution testing
  • Develop appropriate requirements, design, and deployment quality documentation
  • Provide subject matter expertise to customers including technologies and implementation methodologies
  • Effectively work with team members including partners, customers, and leaders to proactively identify and mitigate / resolve risks and issues
  • Consume and contribute best / recommended practices, lessons learned, and intellectual property (IP) to the global Microsoft community with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Foster client relationships and engage with Microsoft and client stakeholders to drive solution success
  • Writing custom integration programs and web-based add-ons using C#.NET
  • Development of custom plugins, workflow actions and bespoke services
Who Do You Need to Be?
  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) qualifications or certifications and a desire to develop various relevant skills and capabilities.
  • Experience with building integrations to other applications
  • 4+ years of consulting experience specifically in MSD365 CE
  • Gathering of requirements, and translating requirements to CE functionality
  • Technical skillset including:
  • Entities
  • Forms
  • Fields
  • Business Rules
  • Business Process Flows
  • Workflows
  • Dashboards
  • Power Automate (Flow)
  • Experience working on Full life cycle projects
Advantageous
  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) qualifications or certifications and a desire to develop various relevant skills and capabilities
  • Gathering of requirements, and translating requirements to CE functionality
