Senior Chef / F&B Manager:

• Managing chefs and ensuring they perform at optimal; they are always neat and presentable.
• Controlling, overseeing, and managing the food preparation process.
• Creating menu items and recipes and developing dishes accurately, ensuring variety and quality without repetition.
• Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations, including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
• All food items presented must be of exceptional quality, and no inferior quality of food will be accepted.
• Ensure that the kitchen is always clean and hygienic.
• Prepare menus and shopping list items a week in advance.
• Ensure that there is sufficient stock in the kitchen for the preparation of the meals and beverages.
• Ensure that the required stock is purchased when the same is depleted.
• Ensure stock rotation is being applied consistently.
• Ensure that the presentation of the meals is of a standard acceptable to the Company.
• Always be hygienic and presentable in his person.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally with Employer when requested.
• Be prepared to work at the Employers various homes or properties as may be required.

• Render host services as and when required.
• Silver Plate service skills
• Effective purchasing, storage, and taking inventories of stock.
• Overseeing table settings and ensuring it is immaculate (napkins, knives, forks, and glasses are all in correct and clean position and condition)
• Ensuring all table settings are not smelly in any way (napkins tec.)
• Serving food and beverages to guests/employees without leaks/spills.
• Assisting with food and beverage services prepare meals and beverages, including coffee, as required.
• Assisting with flower and table arrangements.
• Cigar storage, handling, and service.
• Cleaning of silver, glass, and fine artefacts as and when required.
• Always ensure a clean and tidy uniform is worn daily, with the required smart shoes.
