Job Description
To perform clerical activities associated with updating of system information, maintenance of records and general office support
Key Responsibility Areas
- Obtains information from specific documents relating to the activities and checking the correctness of calculations.
- Capturing data into specific fields
- Maintains and access records of instructions and correspondence
- Attending to telephonic calls, establishing nature of enquiry and responding to routine matters and recording details of enquiries /messages in the absence of the immediate superior.
- Copy typing correspondence/memorandums referring to instructions on format and content.
- Removing and replacing consumables items (paper, ink) from specific office equipmentxe2x80x99s
- Written communication.
