This role will be based in Ssndton, hybrid and has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.We will count on you to:Daily interaction with clients regarding claims, underwriting and renewalsEnsure claims, underwriting and technical delivery standards are implemented and maintainedEnsure renewals are done timeouslyEnsure premium collection according to regulatory requirementsClient retentionNew Business developmentCross sell opportunities:Ensure all products and services available within Marsh Africa are marketed to the client as appropriateKeep abreast with the insurance markets (local)Fostering of sound working relationships with other functional business units.Familiarity and compliance with all company policies, statutory and regulatory requirements.What you need to have:Minimum 5-year appropriate experience in the Corporate sales and client service environment and a results driven mindsetFSCA recognised qualificationFAIS fit and properCorporate Insurance Brokerage experiencePresentation & negotiation skillsValid driverxe2x80x99s licence and a carProblem solving, effective planning & organising skillsRobust administration & self-management skillsWhat makes you stand out?Ideal candidates for this position are passionate about customer service, energetic, enthusiastic, disciplined, people-oriented, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
