Qualifications and Experienced Required

• 5 years of experience working as a Senior Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in managing Azure services such as VMs, storage accounts, networks, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyse complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure cloud environments, including virtual networks, VMs, storage, and security features.
• Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) to support single sign-on (SSO), user authentication, and access control.
• Implement, manage and ongoing enhancements to Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management and security.
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Develop and implement solutions to automate software updates and patch management processes.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that align with business objectives.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
