Occupier Solutions
- Providing commercial real estate transaction management and tenant representation services to occupiers in the office and industrial sector.
- Business development and marketing of our services to clients utilizing our CRM tools, web, social media, and direct marketing channels to generate new opportunities.Investment Sales
- You will be responsible for working with existing clients to source investors and to negotiate and close transactions.
- You will also be responsible for new business development and growing our client base, utilising both an online sales platform as well as the more traditional direct marketing channels to sell commercial real estate and our investment services to vendors and investors.Key Performance Areas

- Act ResponsiblyRequirements
- At least 5 years commercial real estate experience in transaction management or tenant representation and investment sales, with a demonstratable track record of success.
- Degree, ideally in property studies or commerce.
- PPRA Fidelity Fund certification
- Keen understanding of real estate finance and valuation methodology.
- A motivated individual that can operate independently in a high-performance environment.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence and an ability to deal with decision makers of the highest calibre.
