We believe in high autonomy, and we want people who are looking to do things differently in order to create better experiences for our customers.We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.Your teamWhen you join us as a senior copywriter, youxe2x80x99ll be a member of the Asia Pacific divisional team, where youxe2x80x99ll work closely with your marketing colleagues to develop compelling creative for Australia, Singapore and the Middle East.Your role in the teamxe2x80x99s successYou'll develop distinctive brand copy, content that supports acquisition, and customer marketing assets and experiences across many channels xe2x80x93 primarily through CRM and social media. You should be able to engage and entertain with your words, rather than copy and paste someone elsexe2x80x99s. You should be able to work autonomously. The ability to ideate is essential, and an understanding of the financial services environment will go a long way in landing your thumb-stopping thoughts. Lastly, you'll be expected to display line management potential.What youxe2x80x99ll do

• Write original, clear and compelling copy for all mediums; adapt, review or proofread work from external writers

• Apply strategic thinking to social media content creation

• Use your strong understanding of the digital landscape to bring a fresh perspective to an asset list when necessary

• Use technology as a tool to boost your creative process, without letting it take over the authenticity of your work

• Take feedback from multiple stakeholders and the compliance team, and refine work to meet their needs

• Understand our complex products and articulate this clearly in content for various client segments

What youxe2x80x99ll need for this role

• 4+ years' writing experience (preferably within the financial or trading industry)

• Excellent proofreading and editing skills

• Exceptional communication, delivery, and organisational skills, as well as flexibility and the ability to adapt to a continuously evolving working environment

• A strong work ethic and a track record of high performance, with the ability to work to tight deadlines

• Experience in mentoring peers; creating energy and motivation, and the ability to independently build relationships with colleagues and senior leaders

• The skill of bringing the creative team's influence to business decisions
