Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Competencies:
- Deal-making and deal-structuring expertise with the ability to manage complex transactions
- Strong skills in valuations and financial modeling
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and/or financial advisory services
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements to provide tailored advice
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations
- Capital raising for clients or specific projects
- Managing the execution of deals from inception to completion
- Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Accounting or Finance
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Bachelor of Business Science, or another suitable tertiary qualification in finance
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Advisory services
- Experience in the private equity or financial services industry
