Apply now and be part of our dynamic, innovative environment!Position: Senior Corporate Financial AnalystWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CSTHolidays: TBDSalary: $1000 - 1500 USD/monthAbout the Company:A Texas-based company in the Photography Studio industryResponsibilities:xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bProvide insight to improve company performance and profitability by evaluating processes, monitoring indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing causes of unexpected variancesSupport the continued development of financial forecasting, operating plans and modeling toolsProactively look to improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand the return on investments (ROI) in new acquisitionsComplete all due diligence for proposed new acquisitions and advise senior managementDevelop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiativesReview and interpret all Contractual AgreementsComplete new franchisee applicationsGenerate intercompany Note Payable ContractsMaintain BOD Meeting MinutesGenerate Lease Contracts for Real Estate companiesGenerate QuickBooks upload data filesPerform ad-hoc analysis and special projects for senior management of the organizationCore Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting required
• CPA preferred
• 3 years of experience in business acquisitions required
• 4 - 7 years of experience in the private/corporate industry
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, root-cause analysis, and other FP&A methods
• Solid knowledge and understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP)
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
