Marketing or Sales qualification will be an advantage;
Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle;
Computer Literacy: MS Office Suite, JDE procurement system experience or knowledge will be advantage;
3-5 years previous sales experience;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
Honesty and Integrity;
Must be results orientated, highly motivated and target focused;
Ability to build good relationships and partnerships with clients and management;
Proven track record of target achievement;
Interpersonal skills and be able to work independently;
Hardworking team player that can work under pressure;
Must be able to travel extensively in Limpopo and surrounding areas;
Be able to stay overnight if required;
Key duties and responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting products or services to corporate clients through engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the value proposition and benefits.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with corporate clients to secure sales agreements and achieve revenue targets.
Account Management: Managing corporate client accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing corporate clients to maximize revenue and enhance client value.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess market demand, and stay informed about industry developments to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to coordinate efforts, address client needs, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and generating sales reports and forecasts to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
Continuous Learning and Development: Staying updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge through training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
Customer Feedback and Improvement: Gathering feedback from corporate clients to identify areas for improvement, address concerns, and enhance product or service offerings to better meet client needs.
Networking and Industry Events: Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, expand professional networks, and promote the companys products or services to potential clients.
