Our esteemed clients are looking for a committed Senior Credit Controller to join their team and contribute to their continued success. Bring your enthusiasm and make an impact!As the Senior Credit Controller you will be responsible for the below:
Accurately record daily payments received.

• Promptly send invoices and statements to customers.
• Obtain necessary signatures for invoice payment processing.
• Secure quotes to update expired or depleted purchase orders.
• Address customer queries related to billing, payments, and account balances.
• Assist in creating pro-forma invoices for sales orders to facilitate deposit payments.
• Regularly review accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and pursue outstanding payments.
• Contact customers with overdue balances by phone or email to request payment and negotiate terms as needed.
• Update customer records with changes in contact information, credit limits, and payment terms.
• Provide regular updates to management on accounts receivable aging, collection efforts, and relevant financial metrics.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions, communications, and payment histories.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with departments such as sales to resolve payment and billing issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with submitting credit applications on the BCB portal.
• Submit overdue accounts to BCM for collection.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom in Accounting and related field.
5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role in finance.
