About the Role



We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Customer Success Manager to empower clients in deploying AI-powered content strategies that drive tangible business growth. In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with customers to understand their content strategies and growth objectives, guide rapid implementation of AI workflows, and ensure that every initiative delivers measurable results. Exceptional spoken English communication skills are a must, as you will be the primary point of contact for diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Partnership:

Collaborate closely with clients--including growth marketers, content leads, and executives--to understand their strategic goals and tailor AI-driven content solutions accordingly.

Timeline & Execution Management:

Oversee and manage content deployment schedules to ensure that AI-generated content is published consistently and on time, proactively addressing any delays.

Collaborative Workflow Design:

Work hand-in-hand with technical teams to design and deploy AI workflows, focusing on business impact and speedy execution while your technical counterparts build out the system functionalities.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor and fine-tune AI content engines by tracking key performance indicators such as organic traffic, click-through rates, and revenue impact.

Rapid Solution Deployment:

Drive swift implementation of solutions, ensuring customer projects move forward without unnecessary iterations.

Client Enablement:

Train and empower teams to leverage AI platforms effectively, eliminating technical bottlenecks and fostering scalable content practices.

Best Practice Development:

Analyze successful deployments to develop repeatable playbooks and refine strategies for future client engagements.

Feedback Loop:

Partner with Product and Engineering teams by sharing customer insights to influence future roadmap priorities and improvements.

Qualifications



5+ years

of experience managing software deployments and implementations, with a strong track record from onboarding through to adoption and expansion.

3+ years

of experience working with enterprise customers, adept at managing multiple stakeholders and balancing numerous customer engagements simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward successful outcomes on SaaS or AI-driven platforms. Exceptional spoken English skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to a diverse audience. Strong analytical and execution skills, with experience in data-driven decision making (experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus). Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven record in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
