Hard working, but with a sense of fun. This role will operate in a matrix environment because you will also be a part of the global Customer Service team, reporting to a manager in Turkiye as well as other customer service and other colleagues in MEA.We are characterised by providing both high levels of training and support, in an environment that encourages employees to take ownership and make an impact. Above all, we ask our team to be curious, to investigate and help us find what we can do better for our customers, our people and for the planet.In this role you'll make impact by:Enter orders and coordinate logistics for allocated countries in Southern African region.Order to invoice flow - correctly and efficiently process and manage all purchase orders into sales orders through SAP following contractual agreements and internal guidelines.Support in Sample dispatch to customers and other Novonesis entities.Ensure coordination with Account Managers, Finance, Customs Broker, Warehouse, and relevant teams.Business Support to customers for questionnaires, cases etc. in the region.Import and export activities in accordance with legal requirements.Product registrations for imported goods.Manage stock replenishment cycle including creation of purchase orders and goods receipt.Communicate with 3PL Warehouse for changes in masterdata to 3PL WH's system.To succeed you must hold:Bachelor's degree in relevant areasMinimum 3 years of customer service & logistics experienceFluent in written & spoken English.Excellent command of SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office programs.Knowledge in Import & Export legislation and processes.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Valid driving license and no travel restrictions.Could our purpose be yours?
