They are our greatest asset.Join us and letxe2x80x99s grow together.We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area.The succesful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain Team including preparing, maintaining, and administering contract documents according to relevant policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities
Ensuring that contract documents are up to date in the ERP system and that contractual obligations are adhered to.
Ensuring that contract renewal dates are tracked and that applicable renewal documents are generated and processed.
Preparing contract price adjustments for approval.
Communicating with the operations on all contract changes.
Utilising statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.
Preparing reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12.
A relevant Tertiary Qualification in Supply Chain or studying towards obtaining one.
Minimum Experience
MS Office Proficiency.
Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an administrative role, preferably in Supply Chain.
Data capturing, SAP and Coupa experience will be advantageous.
