Job Summary Role Overview:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to guide business decisions. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear recommendations, making a significant impact on company performKey Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Credit Reporting

• Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI for tracking credit performance metrics.
• Extract, transform, and aggregate credit data using SQL and AWS (Redshift, Athena, Glue).
• Deliver real-time reports on key measures of success for the department.

Dashboard & Model Building

• Build Power BI dashboards to provide insights into credit strategy and portfolio trends.
• Use SQL and Python to automate data pipelines and reporting models.

Business Collaboration & Fast Execution

• Work closely with credit and business teams to define reporting needs.
• Deliver insights quickly and iteratively, ensuring stakeholders receive timely updates.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports.

Automation & Optimization

• Automate reporting workflows using Python scripting and Power BI data models.
• Implement data validation checks for reporting accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years of experience in credit data analysis & dashboard development in business banking or financial services.

Technical Skills:

• SQL expertise for querying and managing relational databases.
• Python for scripting & automation (Pandas, NumPy).
• Power BI for dashboard development and interactive credit reporting.
• AWS (Redshift, Athena, Glue) experience for handling large datasets.
• Experience in self-service reporting & KPI tracking.

Soft Skills:

• Fast execution mindset able to deliver insights quickly & efficiently.
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently & collaborate with business teams.
