SUMMARY:
Senior Data and Vehicle Support Engineer (Telematics) vacancy in Centurion. BEng or MEng (Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering) with a minimum of 5 years working experience in telematics systems and -components including data management and data dashboards. Proficient in interpreting vehicle log data to support data analysis relevant to client reports and electric vehicle architecture design.POSITION INFO:

- BEng or MEng (Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering)
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in telematics systems and -components including data management and data dashboards.
- Proficient in interpreting vehicle log data to support data analysis relevant to client reports and electric vehicle architecture design.
- Installation and management of Linux-based software for telematics hardware units.
- Knowledge of Matlab for use in data processing.
- Lead and direct the development of telematic systems for current commercial vehicle fleets.
- Evaluate and test telematic solutions by integrating hardware and software components on test vehicles.
- Configuration, setup and maintenance of telematic solutions and data dashboards.
- Data processing and providing data analysis support
- Liaise with back-end solution providers on project implementation, testing and maintenance.
