As part of our expansion, we seek a highly skilled Senior Data Centre Support Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Data Centre Support Engineer, you will be critical in maintaining and optimizing our data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Windows servers, Office 365, and Azure services, and managing networking components and firewalls. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and providing technical support to internal teams and clients.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Data Centre Support Engineer or similar role
In-depth knowledge of Windows server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and migration projects
Familiarity with Azure services, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Networking
Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
Experience configuring and managing firewalls, preferably Cisco or Palo Alto
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Oversee Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
Administer Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking, to support various projects and initiatives
Monitor and troubleshoot networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, and VPNs, to ensure connectivity and security
Configure and maintain firewalls to protect against unauthorized access and security threats
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement data centre solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Provide technical support and assistance to team members and clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements
