• Data Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to support a variety of data processing tasks.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to integrate large, complex datasets from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of data pipelines through regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Data Governance: Implement best practices for data management, including data quality, data security, and data governance.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers and help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in designing and building data pipelines and architectures.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in SQL, Python, and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly desirable.
• Data Warehousing: Proven experience with data warehousing solutions such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and act decisively under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
