As a Senior Data Scientist, you will focus on experimentation and causal studies to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives across the company. Your work will directly impact the strategic decision-making process, helping to build a data-driven culture within the organization.Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic thought partner, influencing decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Identify and apply advanced analytics, experimentation, and causal inference techniques to solve business problems.
• Design and conduct experiments to measure the impact of company initiatives on a global scale.
• Develop and validate metrics to assess success in various areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and analytics translators.
• Partner with Global Analytics, Analytics Hubs, and various Operating Companies within Heineken globally.
• Present analytical findings to all levels of the company, effectively communicating technical content to non-technical audiences.

• Strong expertise in statistics, particularly in experimentation and observational causal studies.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Skilled in SQL and familiar with distributed data stores like Hive and Spark.
• Ability to incorporate business context into data analysis and thrive in ambiguous, complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in team settings.
• Plus: Background in economics, econometrics.
• Plus: Familiarity with software engineering practices.
• Plus: Experience with Databricks.
