Senior Design Engineer
Job Description
Job Summary We are currently recruiting a Senior Design Engineer for a permanent position in Rosherville Jhb that meets the following requirements: Qualification, Experience & Requirements: MSc/MEng Electrical Engineering with minimum of Five (5) years related experience OR BSc/BEng Electrical Engineering with minimum of Eight (8) related specialist experience Must be registered with ECSA Pr.Eng with three (3) years of appointment or have an action plan to achieve this Must have experience related to Transformer design, Mechanical design using modern FEA modelling, Thermodynamic and Fluid dynamic modelling, 3D scanning and knowledge of high temperature steels Must have experience in mentoring of Trainee or Design Engineer Must have experience of Quality Management Systems relevant to ISO standards Must have experience of the OHSA, Construction Regulations and Environmental Regulations Acts Computer Literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Projects, CAD and FEA Software (SolidWorks, Nastran, Patran, Marc or similar) Must be local to the area or willing to get own accommodation Please be aware of scams: We do not charge our candidates payment for inductions, medicals or any other service.
