• Team management.
• Project planning and tracking.
• Task assignment and follow up.
• Documentation, technical research.
• Mentoring and quality assurance.
• Application and database development for clients and internal to the IOC.

Your expertise:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 1+ years of leading or managing a team.
• Strong coding skills (c#, asp.net, javascript, mvc, html, bootstrap)
• Software architecture: design, develop and implement applications/systems.
• Code quality best practices: coding standards, refactoring, and ensuring high-quality code through reviews and testing.
• database management
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Reporting (PowerPoint, Power BI, SSRS)
• Version control
• Project management and responsibility
• Leadership and mentors

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Relevant Microsoft Certification: .Net Developer or C# Certification
• Valid Drivers License
• Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant degree or diploma in information technology
• ITIL Certification
