My client is looking for a Senior Developer / Tech Lead to join a high-performance team working on an innovative and disruptive solution in the Life Insurance industry. In this role, youll lead development efforts, collaborate closely with the , and ensure the successful delivery of key features while maintaining platform stability.Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- Strong expertise in .js and React
- Proficiency in AWS services (RDS, EC2, VPC, API Gateway, S3, Lambdas)
- Experience in RESTful APIs & microservices architecture
- Solid background in relational database management (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with Express.js and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Serverless architecture knowledge on AWS
- Familiarity with additional front-end frameworks beyond React
