Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Identify new sites and target growth areas through an established real estate broker and agent network.
• Project Leadership: Oversee development projects via the PMO and Acquisition team xe2x80x94 from planning to delivery.
• Team Management: Lead a team including an Acquisition Manager, Projects Lead, and Property Portfolio Manager.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, brokers, agents, and external partners.
• Financial Oversight: Manage property cycles xe2x80x94 leasing, budgets, acquisitions xe2x80x94 and prepare financial reports for leadership.

What Youll Need:

• 10+ years experience in development or project management.
• Strong network in real estate for site identification.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and pipeline management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
