A new job is a big deal, and you want to know as much as possible about the team and what you'll be doing. When you join us as a traffic manager, you'll be a member of the Project Management and Traffic team, which forms part of our in-house agency.You'll be responsible managing workflow on marketing projects ensuring execution and delivery of global marketing assets. Development of and management of timelines and project plans ensuring these are realistic and in place to deliver by deadline.You should be able to work autonomously, without any guidance from other traffic managers and you'll have to interpret business and general marketing information to deliver on role requirements.What youxe2x80x99ll do

• Manage and maintain the timeous and accurate flow of BAU work entering and leaving the IG Agency
• Schedule and build out project plans with accurate deadlines and capacity planning taken into account at each stage
• Monitor resources and project statuses with regards to incoming work, work in progress and deadlines and update stakeholders and relevant teams with necessary information
• Build strong relationships across the entire business to ensure support on work and projects where necessary
• Responsible for the marketing workflow tool and the continual optimization of marketing processes within and without the tool
• Ability to respond quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment and work in an agile and flexible manner

• Agile workflow knowledge and/or experience advantageous
• Experience setting up and monitoring schedules
• Experience monitoring project statuses and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Resourcing experience with high volume traffic projects
• Good problem solving and organizational skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in end to end coordination of projects either at a traffic manager or project manager level
• Educated to a degree level
