Company DescriptionLeading player in the Flexo Industry are currently looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient DTP Operator with a strong background in the Flexo printing industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that the designs and layouts meet the highest standards of quality and precision.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and prepress teams to prepare artwork and layouts for Flexo printing.
• Utilize industry-standard software (such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements.
• Ensure that designs adhere to Flexo printing specifications
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and advancements in Flexo printing to enhance job performance.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in DTP operations within the Flexo printing industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a DTP Operator, preferably within the Flexo printing industry.
• Proficiency in using desktop publishing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Strong in Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Understanding of Flexo printing processes will be highly advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve prepress issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance designs.
