Requirements:

• Bachelorxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s degree in Electrical Engineeringxc3x82
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
• Experience in heavy current Electrical Engineering, with a strong emphasis on Design and Project Management.
• Proficiency in engineering tools and software such as Retic Master, PowerOffice, Bentley MicroStation, DigSilent, Dialux etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS projects included
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driverxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s license and flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement electrical designs and systems for heavy current applications.
• Manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Conduct technical evaluations and provide solutions for complex engineering challenges.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Perform on-site inspections to assess project execution and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and professional engineering standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and junior engineers.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.
