Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering design activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Conduct engineering design, procurement, and project management activities, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) for design, and apply solar and battery software tools (e.g., Helioscope, Homer, PVSol) to enhance project outcomes.
• Perform project assessments and provide engineering solutions that optimize project performance and sustainability.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the solar or energy storage industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of engineers.
• Strong background in engineering design, procurement, and project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar engineering software is a plus.
• Experience with solar and battery software (e.g., Helioscope, Homer, PVSol).
