Our internal capability includes full turnkey product development that includes hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, quality assurance, and production design.POSITION INFO:RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing, testing, and characterizing existing and new hardware.
• Understanding and interpreting analog and digital schematics to develop electronic hardware and associated firmware.
• Developing and executing Embedded microprocessor development using platforms such as Microchip PIC, STM8, STM32.
• Creating, validating, and implementing automated product test and verification equipment.
• Utilizing electronic schematic design tools (e.g., Altium

) to read, understand, and breakdown schematics. * Scripting as required, particularly in Python.

• Developing software as required, including C and C++ programming.
• Actively participating in stand-up meetings and peer reviews.
• Interfacing hardware and software to provide feedback and recommendations for improvements.
• Evaluating hardware and implementing new approved iterations.
• Contributing to continuous improvements along the development cycle.
• Engaging in teamwork, which may involve coaching, mentoring, and upskilling employees.
• Creating and maintaining all hardware documentation to ensure traceability.
• Working within the company framework, maintaining quality and client requirements, and adhering to specifications.

Requirements:

• B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical hardware experience.
• Experience in Embedded microprocessor development, e.g., Microchip PIC, STM8, STM32.
• Previous experience with automated product test and verification equipment is desirable.
• Proficiency in electronic schematic design tools (Altium Designer).
• Scripting experience, particularly in Python.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.

Advantageous:

• Experience with Xilinx/ARM computing platforms.
• Knowledge of or experience in D0-178 Safety Critical Software development.
