Job Description
Senior Engineer BMSI
The Senior Engineer will work with the Engineering, IT - BMSI team to develop, install, and maintain automation systems and software, including building management and energy management systems.
1 Strong knowledge of automation systems, including BMSI, SCADA, PLCs, and HMI/SCADA software and control systems
2 Experience with design, installation, and programming of automated control systems and software
3 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects at the same time
4 Familiarity with electrical wiring, installation, and commissioning of equipment
Bachelor''s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferred) or
5 years of experience in a BMS role, with experience in managing BMS installation projects
Matric/Grade 12
Valid SA drivers license
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BMS role, with experience in managing BMS installation projects
Have a solid understanding of business and financial process performance improvement.
Experience in Facilities Management or Property Management industries will be advantageous
B-BBEE knowledge (advantageous)
IT: Strong Experience with network technologies and devices such as routers, switches, routers, and firewalls
Salary - up to R850 000pa CTC
