Are you a seasoned Engineer or Technologist with a passion for water and sanitation? My client is looking for you to join their dynamic team and contribute your expertise to critical infrastructure projects. As a Senior Engineer / Technologist, you will lead and manage a team, design water and sanitation systems, conduct hydrological investigations, prepare tenders and contracts, monitor construction, and ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technologists, and technicians.xc2xb7 Design Expertise: Design water and sanitation systems, including pump stations, water reticulation, sewer reticulation, bulk pipelines, canals, and stormwater management.xc2xb7 Hydrological Investigations: Conduct hydrological investigations, reports, and determine flood lines.xc2xb7 Project Management: Manage projects from planning and design through implementation and close-out.xc2xb7 Tendering and Contracts: Prepare tenders and contracts, including detailed specifications, special conditions, and bills of quantities.Requirements:xc2xb7 BSc/BTech in Civil Engineeringxc2xb7 Pr Eng/ Pr Tech Eng.xc2xb7 5-10 years of experience in water and sanitation projects, with a focus on detailed design and team leadership.xc2xb7 Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, iDAS, HEC-RAS, EPANET, Pipe2000, and WaterCAD.
