Qualification Requirement:
- B-Eng Degree in Electrical or Mechanical
- GCC Certificate (Mining) essential
- 8-10 years of experience in the Mining Environment
- 2 Years experience as a 2.13.1 appointee essential
- Valid South African Drivers license: Code8/EB
- In a position to obtain Medical Fitness Certificate
- Computer literate, MS Office, SAP
- Technical analysis,
- Applying EC&I Engineering,
- Applying Mechanical Engineering,
- Applying Civil Engineering,
- Asset Management and Optimisation,
- Driving Business Performance,
- Project Management
- SHE Risk Management.
- Demonstrate Safety leadership and uphold sustainable development values
- Manage engineering processes to meet short-term and long-term production objectives
- Ensure equipment availability and infrastructure demolition as per the mine closure plan
- Manage resources effectively to deliver targets and projects
- Coordinate and analyse audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement and asset optimisation initiatives
