SUMMARY:

• Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Design and implement IT frameworks that align with business goals and future digital transformation needs.
• Business-IT Alignment: Bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and support.
• Technology Selection & Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies, recommend solutions, and oversee their adoption.
• Security & Compliance: Establish best practices for data security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with business and IT stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide architectural improvements.
• Innovation & Optimization: Lead initiatives to modernize and optimize enterprise systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Coach and guide teams in adopting architectural best practices and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements - Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree / Advanced diploma in IT-related field with 12-15 years of experience (3-4 years at a specialist level), OR
• Matric + relevant IT qualifications/certifications with 10-12 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and toolsets (e.g., Erwin, Sparx).
• TOGAF 9+ or Microsoft Cloud Architecture certification (mandatory).
• Familiarity with IBM Technologies and enterprise modeling.
• Strong grasp of data management, network architecture, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and analysis.
