Your tasks

  • File Initiation - File transfer and Manual registration Register files within time frame and without errors
  • Frame DP and GR entries without errors
  • Frame DP and GE entries within time frame
  • Frame RIB, RIT, WH and WE entries without errors and within time frame
  • Frame Export Entries within time frame and without errors
  • Process Voucher of correction entries within time frame and without errors
  • Process RIB (de-group) entries within time frame and without errors
  • Update Parts library without errors
  • Updating Parts library while processing clearance
  • Process Costings within time frame and without errors
  • Quality Entries within time frame and without Errors
  • Finalize Customs Queries within time frame
  • Finalize Customs Examinations within Time frame
  • Finalize other department queries within time frame
  • Frame and submit Road freight Manifest within time frame and without errors
  • Internal Correspondence within time Frame
  • Finalize outstanding cases within time frame
Your qualifications
  • Min 3 years experience as customs entry clerk
  • Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
  • Great communication skills
  • Thrives in high pressure environment
  • Must be able to succeed In a team as well as a self-starter
  • Ambitious, outgoing, and professional
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
