5+ years of successful sales experience in media, advertising, copier or digital marketing industries
Proven track record of exceeding targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends, AI analytics, and marketing technology.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Experience working with the Monday.com platform
Ability to hire, manage, train and lead sales teams
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Strong Relationships: Develop long-lasting partnerships with businesses by understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of strategic advertising placements.
Leverage Data: Utilize data-driven insights to showcase the impact of our advertising solutions and convince clients of their ROI.
Drive Sales: Actively seek out new business opportunities and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Hunt for New Business: Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on brands, agencies, and businesses that can benefit from our digital advertising solutions.
Leverage AI Analytics: Utilize our AI-driven analytics to create persuasive sales pitches that highlight the measurable impact of our advertising spaces.
Own the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, and effectively handle objections.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, digital innovations, and the future of advertising to identify new sales opportunities.
Represent the Company: Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our company and build brand awareness.
Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
