A dynamic financial services organisation is seeking an innovative Senior Finance Manager to drive business growth, optimise systems, and lead high-performing teams. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, implement cutting-edge processes, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.POSITION INFO:Key Responsibilities: * Lead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L optimization
- Design pricing strategies and manage debtor/creditor teams with precision
- Spearhead ERP system enhancements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Mitigate business risks through data-driven decisions and policy improvements
- Present financial insights to executive teams and drive cross-departmental collaboration
- CA(SA) with 5+ years in senior finance leadership
- ERP migration experience and mastery of large dataset analytics
