Job Description

Formulates and develops accounting policies, systems, controls and procedures for financial reporting. Ensures compliance to internal controls, policies and procedures. Reviews and submits accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reports, schedules, and other financial information to the Head Office on a regular basis. Responds to inquiries from next process customers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like. Maintains close coordination with Operations and other Support functions. These specifically include processing of requests for payment, queries or need to orient for related Finance policies and procedures, and clarifications on some financial reporting requirements. Handles escalated issues or concerns of suppliers and vendors. Ensure correct and timely invoicing of customers for revenue assurance and timely reporting. Ensure proper tracking of passthroughs and timely invoicing. Track collections from customers. Maintains close coordination with Regional Treasury to ensure adequate funding to support operations. Work closely also with FP&A (budget team) and manage cashflows to ensure timely and accurate release of payments to vendors, suppliers and employees. Teams up with regional FP&A and Controllership in order to achieve timely and accurate monthly closing of books, correct and timely submission of forecasts (triage) as well as annual budget. Collaborates with the other Finance department managers across the region to support overall department goals and objectives. Sets directions on strategic response to special audit, investigations, and reports requested by government bodies related to the operations of TISA. Ensures accurate and timely compliance to different regulatory bodies such as tax authorities and external auditors. Handles issues or concerns of external auditors and tax authorities. Ensures a clean and timely yearend audit. Leads and ensures accomplishment of accounting special projects for the purpose of improving overall performance of the Finance department. Monitors and analyzes Finance department tasks to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Works with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of team members. Provides training to new and existing staff as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Technical and Leadership):



Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Accounting, FP&A, or Finance roles, preferably in the call center/BPO or consulting industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong understanding of call center operations and organizational processes. Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Workday. Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills using Google Sheets or Excel. Proven ability to deliver outputs independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management and project management skills. Strong people management and team leadership capabilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Highly adaptable to shifting work schedules and time zones, as needed. Strong customer orientation and relationship management mindset. Critical problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership and external partners.
