Job Summary Job & Company Description:Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing player in the construction and infrastructure development space. As they expand, theyre looking to bolster their finance team with a Senior Accountant based in the Pretoria-area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid accounting experience in a group or multi-entity environment, preferably within construction, engineering, or project-based industries.Duties include (not limited to)
- Preparation of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements
- Oversee the accounting and reconciliation of intercompany transactions
- Ensure the proper recording of financial transactions for all subsidiaries
- Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to senior management
- Assist with strategic financial planning and forecasting for subsidiaries
- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective working capital management
- Completed BCom Degree in a related field
- 5+ years experience within a similar role
- Construction industry experience required
