The listed entity, operating in real estate and commercial segments for decades, is looking for a skilled individual to strengthen their financial position.The ideal candidate is a seasoned Financial Accountant looking to step into a dynamic role that fosters growth. They will oversee junior accountants and collaborate with financial shared services to ensure accurate and timely monthly financial processing. Responsibilities include compiling monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with tax, fiduciary, and regulatory requirements, and addressing audit queries. Key outcomes include timely completion of accounting tasks up to the financial statement level, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial statements and tax documentation, efficient management of tax queries and audit processes, successful leadership and development of direct reports, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proactive identification and mitigation of financial risks.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in accounting
- Minimum of 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the real estate industry
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in Xero
