Job Title: Senior AccountantWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a growing and innovative team. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who excels in financial reporting, accounting, and loan management.As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee general financial accounting processes and manage financial transactions related to loans, including interest calculations, repayments, and disbursements.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage loan accounting, including tracking loan disbursements, interest, and repayments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Coordinate audits and provide relevant financial data as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial services or loan accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting.
